The first year of our journey has delivered some amazing results: we’ve now served customers in over 4 countries and have aimed to build the leading software brand and platform that empowers our customers to create the businesses their next generations manage.
The events that led me to create DigitalSwift, you will find them very interesting because when I was little I read a lot of books from Jon Brooks specially "Business Adventures" they really sparked my interest in the world of business and I could see what's working and what's actually making a difference in our lives, so I jumped the gun and launched DigitalSwift and hoped to build products and services that impact the world of business for the people.
As a result of this, we have launched products like SitePro, DigitalSwift Secure, PivotPoint, Ecosync, FlowTrack, and Project INVICTUS. These offerings provide seamless experiences and breakthrough services that I believe can actually improve the experience of our customers.
Now for the future, I have some ideas that when done right and I believe only DigitalSwift can do them right. DigitalSwift is very Customer-Centric at its core, we give our 1000th customer with the same focus as they are our only customer. and we will continue to do this in the future and DigitalSwift’s focus is on effective solutions, convenience, and comprehensive product selection. We are working to build a place where customers can find and discover tailored blueprints that apply to their specific problems.
Challenges I Faced and Lessons I Learned, building something that gives the customer a better way to do the task was the biggest challenge after that no problem is big enough to make me frustrated, We are working to build an infrastructure that will enable us to grow in an efficient and high-quality manner, just as fast as we can I learned this the hard way you can not rush the process of ingenuity. Our current strategy is to relentlessly focus on customer experience by offering our customers efficient solutions, convenience, and a wide selection of business content that relates to them and helps them solve the problems of today to think about their future.
